Right from.the get go, we had a very good experience with Ions reps. They were considerate, informative and really knew what they were doing. Brian Foley made sure we understood everything amd didn't mind our questions, even when it was a repeat. His answers were complete and informative, and helped us to understand the system, the install procedure, and what it would entail. Nothing was left unsaid, but we also are able to connect with ION and Brian, if we have any questions/issues. A reputable company, USA based, as well.

This company is the best I've ever dealt with. Their employees are top-notch. I have been kept in the loop from start to finish by my Rep, Lauren, and her colleagues. I always knew at what point we were in the process. My roof replacement was included and it was completed in one day. The workers were a well-oiled machine. When it was time for my panels to be installed, I had the same experience. Wonderful and professional employees who kept me aware of every step.
